Storm Rising Achievements

The Overwatch website leaked the Storm Rising achievements, showing classified placeholders for hero skins that will be unclassified daily over the next few days toward the April 16 debut of Storm Rising.

Among the locked placeholders, there will be 9 skins and 3 Intros:

If you login, and visit your Achievements page in the website (where it says “View Profile”), these Storm Rising achievements are not locked at all.

This leak reveals two things about Storm Rising:

  1. There is a mode where you can choose to play any of the 8 heroes available in Storm Rising.
  2. The Freelancers icon reveals who the other 4 Heroes are in the ALL HEROES mode: McCree, Baptiste, Bastion, and Ashe.

Another curiousity by looking at the achievement icons: The 4-player mode has the face of Maximillien in the icon. However, the ALL HEROES mode has a different face. Looks familiar?

The Avatar section shows the same icon. It is tagged as “Assassin.” This icon and name is a reference to those Talon Assassins we encountered during the Overwatch: Retribution event… the ones that stick to the walls, jump in the air, and pin a random player to the ground.

Don’t worry, the new Storm Rising skins don’t match the ALL HEROES mode’s heroes.
